Minority language rights & official languages

Francis has litigated and negotiated numerous cases in the field of language rights and education law in Canada since 2010 and has been involved on several leading cases in Canada before trial and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
 

Francis has also dedicated several years of service to French language professional associations, including Chair and Vice-Chair of the French Speaking Lawyers Association of Saskatchewan (AJEFS)

and Treasurer of the Federation of French Speaking Lawyers Association of Canada (FAJEF).
